  • ½ Cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Eggs separated from egg whites
  • 2 Tablespoons of parmesan cheese

How to do it: 

  1. In a casserole melt the butter, add the flour, and cook a little, stirring. Add the milk little by little, then the broth, and cook stirring until it thickens. Remove from the heat, add salt, and season with nutmeg. Set aside.
  1. Then, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the ramekins with a spoonful of butter and sprinkle with the flour. Set aside.
  1. Fry the onion with the butter and the leek.
  1. Then, add the corn, the cream of corn, the béchamel, and the cheddar cheese. Rectify salt and pepper. Set aside and let it cool down.
  1. Beat the yolks and add to the previous mixture.

Cut the banana and strawberries in slices and a transparent glass place 2 spoonfuls of vanilla-flavored cornstarch and place some wheels of banana, then add 2 spoonfuls of strawberry flavored cornstarch and place some strawberry slices. Repeat the operation with the vanilla-flavored cornstarch and the banana.  
  1. Repeat the operation in the opposite direction in another glass and so on until you finish. Decorate with strawberries and banana slices. Refrigerate until the moment of serving.

  • 1 medium white onion, diced

  • Fresh basil leaves

How to do it: 

  1. First, preheat the oven to 375º Fahrenheit.
  1. Quarter the tomatoes and separate the seeds from the peppers and cut into large pieces. Place on a baking sheet next to the garlic slices.
  1. Then, spread 3 Tablespoons of oil over them and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Bake for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  1. In a pot, heat the remaining spoonful of olive oil and fry the onion. When it is translucent, add the roasted vegetables and cook some more.
  1. Then, add the water and the laurel leaf. Rectify salt and pepper. When it starts boiling, reduce the fire and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and process in the blender or processor.
  1. Take it back to the pot and heat it a bit, but do not let it boil.
  1. Finally, serve by sprinkling the cheese over the portions, fresh basil leaves, and a little olive oil.
